Made-to-Order Items
Each DEED SELF journal is produced on demand after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or an incorrect shipping address provided after production has started, except where required by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at deedselfofficial@gmail.com. Cancellations can only be considered before the order enters production. Once production has started, cancellation or a refund cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and include:.
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and, where relevant, the packaging
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to your original payment method.
Return Instructions
Do not send any item back without contacting us first. If a return is required for inspection, we will provide the appropriate instructions.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
